Poisson equation

We solve the Poisson equation.

\( -\Delta u = 2 \pi^2 \Pi _d \sin (\pi x_d) \)

over the unit square or cube, respectively.

Prepare the executable

Visualise the outcome

To visualise the outcome, most people translate the resulting Peano patch file into paraview with a command similar to

/opt/paraview/bin/pvpython ~/git/Peano/python/peano4/visualisation/render.py --filter-fine-grid solution-CollocatedPoisson.peano-patch-file
